Research Priorities

The CLL Global Scientific Advisory Board has outlined the following research priorities.
Letters of intent should address at least one of these.

1. BTK and BCL-2 Inhibitor Refractory Disease
   Investigate mechanisms of resistance and explore novel strategies to overcome
   refractory disease.
2. Richter Transformation
   Advance our understanding of the biology, diagnosis, and treatment of Richter
   transformation.
3. Immune Dysfunction and Restoration
   Examine the causes of immune dysregulation in CLL and develop approaches to
   restore immune function.
4. Novel Therapeutic Targets and Approaches
   Identify and validate new molecular targets and innovative treatment strategies
   for CLL.
