ABOUT US

The CLL Global Research Foundation (CLLGRF) is a non-profit organization committed to accelerating progress towards the control and cure of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and related leukemias and lymphomas. The organization facilitates the development of effective diagnostic, monitoring and therapeutic tools for the management of CLL and related disorders. CLLGRF intends to fast-track the funding process and speed the development of new therapies while focusing on ideas that can reach the clinic within two to three years. CLLGRF requires that no more than 5% of its grants be used for institutional overhead. CLLGRF endeavors to minimize all administrative expenses so that the bulk of funds raised will support the research and mission of the organization.

The organization was founded as a partnership between patients and their families and the CLL research community. Incorporated in the State of Texas, CLLGRF is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as a public charity. Contributions to CLLGRF are tax-deductible.
